Hi There!

My Name is Amy DeMoss. Born and raised in Greensboro NC, I am the daughter of parents who taught me the importance of community. Growing up I watched my parents work hard to give my younger brother and myself everything we needed to become productive members of society. As a two-income family, my brother and I were what was known as first-generation "latchkey kids" but we ate dinner together as a family around the table every night. My parents instilled in us the importance of the home. My parents taught us the value of family. We would spend a week at Oak Island as a family for vacation every year. Now, as a mom, I continue this tradition with my family, my parents, my brother, and his family.  As a teenager, I became fascinated with design and houses. Inside and out. As a Realtor, I enjoy helping others find their family home! 

I am a mom of four beautiful children. Daughter Hayley is pursuing her passion for music Working on her Masters Degree at Berklee College of Music. Son Cameron is on a journey to find out what kind of man he wants to be while working a part-time job and attending college at GTCC.  Twin boys Jake and Jackson, Jake graduated High School Early and attained an Automotive Repair certificate and is currently working at a Local Dealership. Jackson attends ECPI for computer software development. Raising my children has proven to be one of the most challenging but rewarding things I have done in my life. I was a stay-at-home mom until my children started school. Then I began working in restaurants during school hours to make some income to support my changing family. There began my road in customer service.

I am married to my best friend whom I've known since the 9th grade. We knew each other way back when  (1990 YIKES!) We lost touch after high school, lived separate lives, married other people, had children, got divorced, and then found our way back to each other! We have been together since 2009. Our lives are chaotic most of the time but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

I got into Real Estate because I have worked in the customer service industry for so long I truly enjoy helping other people. There is enough darkness, bitterness, and hatred in this world I want to do my part to bring Light, Love and happiness! What better way to share that with others than to help them become homeowners!
